Dolphins

Dolphin watching is growing at a rapid rate.  In recent years, Dolphins can be seen around Arranmore Island, and indeed, the smaller surrounding Islands.  Last year sightings of dolphins and whales were a regular occurence which caused great excitment for the local people.  We would like to share these experiences with others.  If you are interested in a trip, please contact us for a quotation.

While this has yet to be exploited at any level close to the famous "Fungi", our Donegal Dolphins are friendly and not a bit shy. They will follow a boat and even turn with it, proving that these wonderful mammals are indeed intelligent and curious.
