About Us

We formed and registered as a  fully Irish company in 2007, with a few goals in mind;

• To provide a flexible means of sea transport, to and from Arranmore Island.
  • For ourselves and other islanders, as well as the general public and tourists.
  • Until we achieve this, locals and visitors are limited to an existing ferry business, due to scheduling and other practical reasons.
• To build a business which would compliment the community, which we are so passionate about.

This charter business is owned by Seamus Boyle who was born and bred on Arranmore and fully understands the essential offering of this ferry service. His Grandfather incidentally, ran the first motorboat to and from mainland Ireland in 1908.

Seamus is a mechanical Fitter by trade, serving first with the Irish Navy, and currently with the Irish Army. Seamus's extensive mechanical experience will be an asset to the company, bringing with him, various predictive and preventative maintenance practices.

Coming from a well known Arranmore family, he has many years of experience in various boat types, and sea conditions.

Seamus also comes from a sailing background, which he and his family compete in each year in the local sailing competitionseither.
